TERRENCE M. POLICH is a shareholder of Clifford & Raihala. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation. He specializes in high damage motor vehicle and truck accidents as well as professional malpractice cases. Terry has represented plaintiffs in legal, accounting and medical malpractice claims.
Terry is one of the foremost specialists in Wisconsin litigating Lemon Law and Magnuson-Moss cases. He also represents businesses concerning a variety of matters, including collections and litigation.
Terry is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Respected for his expertise, Terry has been invited as a presenter at the Wisconsin Association for Justice, teaching other lawyers about the finer points of Wisconsin’s Lemon Law, the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and other legal issues including personal injury and family law. Terry graduated Cum Laude from Carroll College, with degrees in history and political science. After working as a legislative aide at the State Capitol in Madison for a number of years, Terry entered the UW-Madison Law School and obtained his law degree in 1998.
