TEAGUE DEVITT’s practice includes the handling of personal injury and health care negligence matters, probate litigation, commercial litigation, general corporate law, appellate law, municipal law and general civil litigation.

Teague is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

A 1998 graduate with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Teague obtained his law degree, magna cum laude, from UW-Madison in 2002. Because of his academic accomplishments in law school, Teague was granted entry into the Wisconsin chapter of the prestigious Order of the Coif.

Teague has spoken on a number of civil litigation topics, has served as a judge for numerous law school Moot Court competitions and authored a recent article for Wisconsin Lawyer magazine entitled, “It’s What Mom Wanted: P.O.D.s May Thwart Testators’ Intent.” (Wis. Lawyer Mar. 2013)

In his spare time, Teague hikes and camps with his wife, Carrie, and their young son. He enjoys rooting for the Badgers, playing and watching tennis, running, cooking and eating very spicy food, and relaxing with a good book in his backyard hammock.
